Phacelia campanularia. Tough and easy, these California Bluebells, thrive in the most inhospitable conditions like cold weather and drought. For the greatest impact, plant this heirloom in large numbers. Grow in spaces between paving stones, in rock gardens, and in the front of flower beds. These beautiful, little flowers will charm you, and native bees and bloom both in spring and winter.[1]

- Additional instructions: Individual plants grow 8"–16" tall, 6" wide but are quite variable in size depending on soil, exposure, fertility, and water. Frost tolerant annual. Individuals who are sensitive to Poison Oak or Poison Ivy can develop a vesicular dermatitis (bad itch) if handling the viscid glandular hairs which are most numerous on the flower and fruiting stalks.[2]
